I wish I could golf in the winter...

truth be told, I wish I could golf  in the summer also. What could be better than chasing after a little white ball on a perfect spring day with friends? The gentle hills, the sun's warmth on your sleeveless arms, lining up an eight foot putt that breaks slightly to the left, the hole that somehow looks smaller the closer you get to it, maybe it's because you know the ridicule from those so called friends will be increased should you happen to get the yips and push that putt to the right.

The way I see it is if Mother Nature cooperates and we can start playing in April than we are almost half way through our off season. Soon we will be attempting new ways to grip the clubs, new swing processes, we will try all of the tips that we read in Golf Digest and  Golf Tips magazines, you know, the ones that they make sound so easy and that you think you can replicate without actually practicing, but this year I have a secret weapon, you see my son made his high school golf  last year and since he will only be a junior next year  I figure that I can pick his brain and get two years (at least) of free golf tip

What's that honey?...well yeah I suppose...

Like I was saying, what could be better than a weekend away from the daily grind in a nice cabin with your better half?
