Great job! When we had pulled into the driveway for our home inspection Dave had already been working  for twenty minutes. He answered all of our questions, he took his time to explain to us what he considered important about the different mechanics of the house and he made the whole experience more pleasant than we were expecting.

We would definitely hire or recommend  Dave to perform other home inspections.

I don't know if Dave could sense my nervousness at the start of the inspection but by the time we were 10 minutes into the inspection he had put my mind at ease with his professional, courteous demeanor. Since Dave Knew that I was a single, first time, soon to be home owner, he had taken pictures of all of the shutoff valves and main disconnects so that I would know where they were in case of an emergency.
 Dave had also pointed out a few minor problems that would need immediate attention so as not to turn into major problems.

Money well spent. Although there were no major issues with the house, which we did end up buying, Dave did point out some minor issues which we soon had rectified and now my husband and I can breathe easy knowing that we got what we paid for with our new home.

I was shown several items of concern, one of which was dampness in the ceiling of a bedroom, however, the cause was not able to be determined, Regardless, I am going to go forward in purchasing the home.
